in Insure Montana. If you are able to check all boxes, your
business is likely to qualify.

| A Business Must: | |||

Have 2-9 employees. Employers must
count all employees that work 30 hours per week or more. At the
employer’s election, they may also count employees that work between
20-30 hours per week. |

|
Not have any employee in the business,
excluding the employer, earning more than $75,000 in gross wages per
year. |

| Not be paid more than $75,000 in gross wages per year (owner excluded). | |||
